2. Letter of Intent or Certificate of Employment stating the purpose of travel in Lapu-Lapu City
Tourism Requirements for Lapu-Lapu City
1. Negative RT PCR Swab Test Result
– must be taken 72 hours prior to arrival
– Test by DOH-accredited laboratory
2. Itinerary from date of arrival until departure
3. Confirmed booking from accredited hotel/ resort
4. Barangay Quarantine Certificate and Medical Certificate issued by municipality
5. Round trip ticket

2. If approved, Lapu Lapu City Government will issue the LETTER of CONFIRMATION
2. With Letter of Confirmation from the city government, process your documents for TRAVEL AUTHORITY from the PNP
