Together with members of the media, yours truly attended an intimate dinner to hear new things that Sheridan Boutique Resort are now offering their guests.

New Menu at Ayanna Garden Restaurant
Sheridan Boutique Resort’s in-house restaurant launches new set of dishes and we were able to sample their delectable culinary creations during the event.
We started with Cold Appetizers ( perfect for the humid weather!) of Salmon and Mango Seviche, Seared Tuna, and Prosciutto e Melone.
We then had the Cold Cuts Board filled with Salami, Brie Cheese, Gorgonzola, Camembert Cheese, Grapes and Oranges.
Our tummies were about to filled up with Hickory Pork Ribs Sandwiches..not pictured is Lasagna Bolognese.
Gladly, we saved room for desserts of Ube Halaya Cheesecake, Tablea Chocolate Cake, and Fresh Fruit Slices. Chef was accommodating enough to present other dishes like Burger Sliders and Chicken Teriyaki.
You can anticipate great tasting dishes from Ayanna Garden Restaurant completed with their elegant decor but it was a surprise that their dishes are more pocket-friendly. If you want to enjoy a great meal in an indulging and soothing environment, Ayanna Garden Restaurant is worth the short trip!
New Local Resident’s Rate
To give locals a chance to enjoy a break without traveling far, Sheridan Boutique Resort has been offering local resident’s rate. It used to be Php3,600, a big savings from the published rate of Php5,000 and now —- lower local resident’s rate!
Book now and enjoy the uneatable rate of Php2,700net/night for Casitas or Deluxe Room accommodation for 2 persons. Included are 20% discount at Ayanna’s Restaurant, unlimited use of kayak facilities and late check out ( subject to room availability). All you have to do is to present a valid ID as proof of local residency.

Summer Splash
The resort holds their annual summer class, open for kids ages 3-5 years (Preschool) and 6 years and above ( Swim Kids). The cost of Php3,00 is good for 12sessions from Monday-Saturday with the following schedules – April 11-15, 18-22, May 25-26.
Pool Packages
Enjoy a delightful day at Sheridan Boutique Resort’s Azure Infinity Pool with 3 pool packages to choose from: Pool Use only at Php250net/pax for adults and Php200 net/pax for kids, Pool Use with Lunch or Dinner at Php500 net/pax and Pool Use with Day Use of Room at Php1,500 net/person ( minimum of 2 persons required).
Catch of the Day
Cast your line into the waters of the resort’s lagoon and go fishing! Bait your hooks and get ready to reel in a freshwater catch. Cost: Php350net/kilo for Kingfish ( tilapia) and Php250 net/kilo for Milkfish ( Bangus). Optional: Cleaning and cooking of fish at Php300 net.
