UPDATED: RoRo Iloilo-Bacolod Schedule and Rates

Roro from Iloilo to Bacolod makes inter-island travel easier and you know how comfortable and convenient it is to have your own car during your trips. RoRo is highly convenient especially those who want to bring their own vehicles. Ship from Dumangas are cheaper too.

Currently, there you have two options where to ride a RoRo โ€“ Dumangas port or at LaPuz Port. Dumangas Port caters to three shipping lines โ€“ Montenegro Lines, TriStar MegalinkLines, and Millennium Lines while Lapuz Port is for FastCat.

FastCat is highly convenient to travel and if you donโ€™t mind the price difference and your schedule is not tight, I highly recommend FastCat. FastCat is also great since it is within the city proper.

On the other hand, if you need more options when it comes to Roro schedules from Iloilo to Bacolod and vice versa, head to Dumangas Port. Serving three shipping lines, there are 40 trips per day starting at midnight until 11:45 PM

RoRo Iloilo to Bacolod via Dumangas

For Dumangas Port, all RoRo will dock at BREDCO port in Bacolod. For passengers, you need to enter the new terminal contrary to the old way of just directly going to the ship.

Pay your ticket and your terminal fee at the ticket counters near the entrance.

For students, seniors, PWDs,  and members of the AFP are exempted from terminal fee payments (show valid IDs).

  15. Hi Cris,

From Bacolod Pier to Silay Airport takes at least 20 minutes. Better take the taxi from the pier going to the airport since you are going there in the morning. If you are near SM Bacolod, there are vans going to the airport.

    Hope this helps!

  19. Hello Rhian,

Yes, unless you are 8-9 months, you are not allowed to travel na. I traveled to Bacolod from Iloilo when I was 7 months pregnant, they didn’t ask anything naman. Just bring your preggy book ( the one you bring to your OB check ups), to show how many months pregnant you are. Hope this helps! And take care, Rhian!
