Can you remember the last time you spent a day without your phone? I certainly don’t! Our phones have become our go-to buddy given a moment of downtime, in between breaks, waiting in line at the counter, stuck in traffic, etc. There’s nothing really wrong about unlocking or phone during these moments, but the more important thing is, what do you do with it?

Do you mindlessly scroll through social media and get caught up in a rain of interesting news, updates, newest trends, blog posts, etc? Or do you do something productive with it?

As a mom, we always want to use our time wisely because of the never-ending to-do lists in our head. So the moment you start unlocking your phone for no reason, here are 5 things you can do with it to keep you out of the mindless scrolling cloud.
