I can’t ask for anything else about this job. Obviously the main perk is spending time with my little boys. I love my job!
My third year in this business so far is the best. I hope that I continue venturing new markets and taking more challenging works. There are some dreams and hopes that I have to be discreet of.
If you check my portfolio, my third year is a year of publications. A dream come true for any writer. Seeing your work and your name to be specific on print is priceless bliss. And yes, this is such a “hobby that pays”.
For the past years, I have gained reputation from clients. And I worked hard dealing with utmost honesty in every project even if I can walk away if I really want to. Now, I can choose projects that I love writing with rates I truly deserve. Yes, my life is less hectic for a writer.
I’m looking forward for more years writing things I love. And I will continue doodling. I know getting rich in this craft is not really feasible but I hope I will continue working as I keep the smile on their faces..
