January is the time when Cebu becomes more colorful and vibrant. Unless you sleep under a rock, Cebu celebrates Sinulog every 3rd Sunday of the month. Millions of pilgrims and tourists come to Cebu to witness one of the famous Philippine festivals.
Aside from the street dancing and parties, I hope that visitors will still keep in mind the religious attributes of this festivals.
And give due respect to the Basilica del Santo Nino
