The country’s top developer, Megaworld Corp. recently announced their second condo project for Iloilo Business Park – Lafayette Park Square, to be built right adjacent to the three-tower One Madison Place in the 72-hectare township development business park.
Lafayette Park Square will stand as a 14-storey single tower housing a total of 289 units ranging from studio to a three-bedroom penthouse suite covering a floor area of at least 100 square meters. As seen from the picture above, this condominium bears French and Spanish architectural design. Geared for affluent market, Megaworld’s Lafayette Park Square offers exclusivity of its amenities and facilities for future residents.

This new condo project was spurred from the high demand and unrivaled sales performance of the first condo project in the business park – One Madison Square with all its units sold out in less than eight months.

Lafayette Park Square is set to be completed in 2018, projecting a ?1.4B sales this year. Aside from Lafayette Park Square, the company is finishing the construction of the first three BPO buildings, Richmonde Hotel Iloilo ( set to be operational by next year), Courtyard by Marriot, the Iloilo Convention Center and the Megaworld Central Mall for its 35B investment in Iloilo.
