The Promenade by Days Hotel Iloilo is the best choice when it comes to fine dining in Iloilo City. It is also famous for their buffet, offering international dishes, delectable appetizers and indulging desserts.
Recently, they relaunched their weekday international lunch buffet, featuring a special station for each day of the week.
I had the opportunity to enjoy their lunch buffet last Wednesday with noodles as the station for the day.
Preparing the noodles for diners like Pad Thai. I asked for classic seafood sotanghon.
Let’s check out other food choices. This is for the appetizers, breads and soup. I love their two mushroom soup.
Kids will love this breaded cheese.
Salad station. What’s the catch? They are all organic, all grown from Orchard Valley Farm.
My salad plate. I used Greek Yoghurt Dressing. Yum!
Main dish and rice station..
What I had – Sausage Jambalaya Rice, Beef A Lot in a Pie and Fish in Mustard Sauce.
Don’t be fooled with my “small” serving. I already had 4 plates – appetizer, salad, noodles and main dish. 😉
And now for the “main” course. Dessert!
The Promenade has the best choice for dessert lovers. More impressive because their menu regularly changes. From healthy tropical fruits, they have cakes, cookies and of course, summer will not be complete without the halo-halo.
What I had for dessert. Ok, some. haha!
Clockwise – Chocolate Panna Cotta, Gluten-free Vanilla Creme Brûlée, Lactose-free Kiwi Fruit Mess and Caramel Cheesecake. I’m delighted with the healthy choices they have namely, gluten-free, lactose free and of course, organic – a novelty here in Iloilo.
If you looking for a place to have fine dining, business lunch, or a quite place to eat, come to The Promenade at Days Hotel Iloilo. Buffet starts at Php 360++ from 11am-2pm ( Monday-Friday).
